Terms and Conditions

By accepting delivery of any product from ShopEco, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and ShopEco agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and ShopEco.

Refund Guarantee

ShopEco offers our customers a 15-day (15 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. We urge you to examine your product(s) upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package. To take advantage of ShopEco's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with ShopEco's Product Return/Exchange Procedure set forth below. Any breach of ShopEco's Return/Exchange Policy Procedure will result in the loss of ShopEco's return/exchange guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Product Return Procedure:

To return a product based upon ShopEco's return/exchange guarantee, you must call ShopEco at 519.735.7997 within the guaranteed return period for the product(s)(described above). ShopEco will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product(s) to ShopEco. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product(s) is missing and/or damaged, ShopEco's Return Procedure will be breached and ShopEco will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing items and/or component(s). ShopEco will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges or the shipping charges incurred during the RMA process. Products being returned for a refund must be received by ShopEco prior to 15 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 10 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Content

Any materials submitted by users of our Site, including but not limited to e-mail, product reviews and discussion submissions become the sole property of ShopEco. Users are prohibited from submitting content to this Site that is, or may be illegal, threatening, obscene, harassing, defamatory or injurious to third parties. ShopEco will not tolerate solicitations, spamming, chain letters or software viruses on the Site. Content submitted by users of the site might be posted in whole or in part to ShopEco.ca. ShopEco reserves the right to edit materials presented by users, but ShopEco does not necessarily monitor or refuse to publish material that may be deemed objectionable or offensive by certain individuals or entities.

Product Detail

Description: Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that a customer understands the product(s) they are ordering.

Color: Colors are represented as realistically as possible, but color variations of product images or color swatches are outside of the control of ShopEco because software, hardware and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colors. If you are unsatisfied with a product you ordered, your sole remedy will be to return the product to ShopEco.

Corrections

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and price information, errors do occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. ShopEco will not be held responsible for product revision changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

Risk of Loss

All purchases from ShopEco are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to Customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from ShopEco, you must contact us at 519.735.7997 within 24 hours of delivery. Customer must return the defective item(s) to ShopEco pursuant to our Return/Exchange Policy.

General Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Orders: An order is not binding upon ShopEco until it is accepted; ShopEco must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.

Shipping Charges:
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the ShopEco invoice.

Price Protection:
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase, you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make price adjustments if the price has changed after an order has shipped. However, if you notify ShopEco prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you. Unfortunately, ShopEco does not offer competitor price matching.

Change Orders:
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Please email orders@shopeco.ca or call 519.735.7997 to request a change to your order. Please have your invoice number ready when you call us to ensure the fastest service.

Cancel Orders:
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email orders@shopeco.com or call 519.735.7997 to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2-4 business days. If you request to cancel an order that has already shipped it will be treated as a return and will be subject to our return policy. If you request to cancel an order that has already shipped under a free shipping offer, you will be charged actual shipping charges incurred by ShopEco to ship your order.
